I am using the USB/Ethernet adapter (Mod # UE300(UN)) to connect a SNAP Server directly to a USB port on my computer instead of to my router.  According to SNAP, this can be done by using a crossover cable.  So, I have connected the RJ45 connector from the server cable to a crossover adapter then through the tp-link adapter into the USB port.  My computer "device manager" Identifies the adapter but the connection does not show on "my computer" as a USB connected device.  I suspect that I need to install a driver.  Any help on solving this would be much appreciated.
