Model: Archer C2300
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.0.3

In a previous version of Tether, there was an option to make the router and client match the expected bandwidth from the ISP. But, it appears that this configuration item has been removed from the current version of Tether.

I recently upgraded my bandwidth from my ISP.

Unfortunately, it appears that my Samsung S10 is still configured to use the previous bandwidth speeds.

Is there a way to remove or reconfigure the bandwidth settings that were modified by Tether?

Thanks!

@josephb57

I don't ever recall Tether doing that? I'll take your word in it though.

Usually it is the ROUTER that does that, either by doing a speed test on it or you entering the value on the QoS page?

However, you'll need to log into the Router using a Browser to access the GUI and set the SPEED...

This is where you'd go to do that, from the Emulater screen (I assume you'll have the same), https://emulator.tp-link.com/webpages_C2300V2_US_emulator/index.htmlhttps://emulator.tp-link.com/webpages_C2300V2_US_emulator/index.html and click on the Green 'box' with a 'pen' in it to update the speed. Should fix it all up.
