Model: Archer AX3000
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.0.11 Build 20210730 rel.54485

Hi, I have a PC wired (CAT5e) to mi modem on another room, with that I get this internet results:

I wanted to extend my wifi so I bought the AX3000, pluged it to the same cable I had my PC, and then wired my PC to the router (CAT6) and did the basic configuration with the app without touching anything. The problem is, with that configuration, and nothing else connected to the router, I get this results:

I repeated the test multiple times with the same result. Is there something I'm missing? I'm supposed to loss internet speed if I connect my pc to the router instead to the modem directly? or there is something I have to do to make it work properly? Thanks.

@Avadon

Hello, have you ever touched the Speedtest on the router web GUI, which has a chance to change the bandwidth settings for the network? Please go through this guide to check and confirm the QoS is disabled on the AX50 router:

Thanks @Kevin_Z , that did it, I didn't even knew the router configuration page, but it had indeed fixed values for the upload and download speed, maybe they changed them in the shop I bought it to test it or something, I changed them and now its pretty close to what I get directly to my modem, upload speed is more low but I don't think that afects me:

Thank you very much.
