TP-Link Network Still Broadcasting SSID after Unifying with Home Network

I have unified the TP Link Powerline adapter with my home network but I am still seeing the TP Link SSID being broadcast. Is this normal? Does this mean that the unification did not work?

Wireless powerline unit will broadcast its own SSID, which is normal, you could change wireless setting via tpPLC APP or tpPLC Utility:
