Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.2 Build 20191223 rel.73956(5553)

Have had this router for 4 months now. Bought it brand new on Amazon. Got a new gaming PC and started using Ethernet. Did a speed test and noticed I was getting 250/30 no matter which port I use. Verified that it is the router causing this issue by plugging my CAT6 cable directly into my ISP Fiber Box and I got 250/250. This router has not received a new firmware version since Jan. 2020. Wondering if TP-Link is going to even honor the warranty seeing that I bought it on Amazon. Anyone else getting this issue?

Please check if the QoS settings on the C5400X is enabled or not, try to disable it as follows:
