I just upgraded my 4000 square foot house deco system from three AC1200 to two AX5700 units.

Is there any benefit to keeping the old three AC1200 systems and adding them to the new AX5700 configuration?

Or should I just get rid of them?

Any advice?

You can still add them as one of the satellite nodes if you wanted increased coverage. If what you have now with the AX5700 is satisfactory, I would keep them in case anything happens and you need a backup node.
