What debug have you tried?

Could be a few reasons?

Things to try:

Using the same cable from the modem to router, connect it to a PC. Does it work and can the PC access the Internet?
Power down the modem and router and power up in sequence, modem, wait until it is up completely, then the router.
Try a different cable between modem and router.
