Hello!  After updating my IPad it is saying my netowrk is not secure and I should enable  WPA(AES) or WPA3.  Those are not options on my six month old router.  Will there be a firmware upgrade coming to offer these protocols?

What I would try:

 

If you have smart connect on, turn it off, then go to the advanced wireless settings and select encription AES (not auto or TKIP).

 

May need to restart both router and iPad.

That did it. Didn't even need a reboot for the weak security messages to go away. Thanks.

Still not quite right.  Is this the way I'm supposed to configure it?

You left the Version on AUTO, click on WPA2/PSK. Auto probably defaulted to WPA/PSK.

@IrvSp It's been a while!  Life gets in the way.  Thanks for the help thus far.  In any case, I am still showing weak security.  Any other ideas on how to fix this are appreciated!
