Hello,

 

I have bought a pair of TL-PA8030P AV1300 adapters and trying to connect them with my existing Powerline TL-PA8010P/TL-WPA8630P AV1200 network.

I have the latest firmwares for both TL-PA8030P (TL-PA8030P KIT(EU)_V3_200117 dated  2020-03-02) and for WPA8630P ( TL-WPA8630P(EU)_V1_170327 dated 2017-03-27).

I have paired TL-PA8030P with TL-PA8010P, but when I plug TL-PA8030P into electric grid (even very close to TL-PA8010P, definitely on the same electric circuit), after only couple of minutes TL-PA8030P disconnects and both LEDs turn off (Power LED and Powerline LED) and only Power LED keeps blinking, but never connects again.

 

1. Are TL-PA8030P AV1300 and TL-PA8010P/TL-WPA8630P AV1200 even compatible?

2. What am I doing wrong? Should I try maybe to connect TL-PA8030P directly to the router with Ethernet cable, and another one to the electric grid and wait for Powerline LED to turn on?
