I'm looking at adding a OTA antenna to my network and connecting it via a device like Tablo or AirTV2 and wondering if I could plug those input devices into one of my satelite Deco M9s as an additional input to my network of if the only input can come via my modem on my main deco?

Devices on the LAN can receive input, but you may need to do port forwarding in order for that to work.

For example, say a NAS system was wired to one of the satellite units, in the Deco app you would set up port forwarding: link

If that is working well, then you can connect from the internet and talk to the NAS unit which is what I believe you may be trying to do in your case.
