I would like to restrict certain devices on my network from being able to access the WAN. How can I do that?

Create a parental control profile, and add all the devices you don't want to have internet access, then pause the internet access:

Thank you @Tony! Will this block all ports, both TCP and UDP?

That should prevent the LAN devices from going out to the internet so no connection would be established. The router's firewall should block all incoming connections already.

@Tony, in my specific case, I would like to prevent UDP hole punching (P2P) by my cameras.

Ya, add them to the profile and that should kill all internet activity. If you find later on that the cameras are still talking or getting past to the internet I would probably reach out to the camera manufacturers to see if there are some settings to do on the camera. Something like removing the gateway and DNS addresses.
