Not sure if it is just me but this is the second C6 I have received where at some point in a 24 hour period 2.4GHz devices lose connectivity and says there are no 2.4GHz devices.

5GHz works fine and stay connected. A reboot fixes the problem but returns within 24 hrs or sometimes just a few hours after.

 

Have tried splitting the band's, changing channels etc.

Any idea?

@80nine Can this file be updated via wi-fi as laptop has no Ethernet port?

It generally is not recommended as any potential drop in connection will affect the update to where the router can become bricked, but it is possible.
