AX6000 - Extremely slow upload speeds
I have a gigabit connection through Verizon FIOS, and recently set up my AX6000. The speed tests for both downloads and uploads consistently read around 700 mbps. However, upload speeds are abysmal, and hover somewhere between 0 and 5mbps. I have an ethernet running directly from my DNS into my AX6000's WAN 2.5 GBPS port.
When I attempted to upload a 6gb file, and it took 2 full hours.
Verizon tech support ran multiple speed / diagnostic tests, and they consistently read over 700mbps.
I tried to resolve this issue with the newer firmware installed 20200714, but had the same issues, so I did a factory reset and started over with the 20200212 firmware.

Check the following to see if that helps with the upload speed:
-Set the application priority to standard (Advanced > QoS > Application Priority)
-Set the QoS speed manually to 1000 Mbps for up and down (Advanced > QoS, top of menu)
-Disable any device priority (Advanced > QoS > Device Priority)
-Disable HomeCare features (Advanced > Security > Antivirus)

I have the same issue. I have a 1 Gbps symmetric fiber connection. However, my download speed is 970 Mbps and my upload speed is 120 Mbps. This is connecting directly to the router using an Ethernet cable, not WiFi.

I was able to resolve the issue, at least for now, by going to Advanced > System Tools > System Parameters and setting the Internet Port Negotiation Speed Setting to 1000Mbps Full Duplex.

@LGR Sadly, that did not fix my very similar issue (1gig fiber, 700+ down, 54 up). In fact, going from Auto to 1000/full dropped my upload to 33 up!

I just bought one of these because of the 8 ports. I am having identical issues. Is this how you're still suggesting the fix should be?
