Hi bought this yesterday but no connection with my service provider (ISP provider is Plusnet ). Do I need to buy a new Wan connector to run from my router to the standard British Telecom open reach box?

And if I do need a wan new connection lead it can only be wan at one end as the open reach attachment end is a standard type connection.

It looks like you would connect an Ethernet cable from Port 1 of the Openreach modem to the WAN port of the C7. If the LED light or internet light shows as amber, then it sees a connection but there is no internet. Try leaving the C7 powered on, and only reboot the modem to see if the internet is then established after the modem comes back up.
