I looked through the manual and through the forum but I have not found an answer: Can I assign a fixed ip address to a connected device?

Our printer doesn't work if the IP changes and the windows pc doesn't know about it.

Make sure the connected device is set to DHCP, and not static. You then reserve the IP this way in the Deco app: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1795/
