Model: Deco M5
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.1

After some investigations in my network and ISP i have found that my router is blocking https://www.deutsche-bank.es/pbc/data/es/pa-index.html

A big bank...  No strange or suspicious site.

How is this even possible? Have no parental controls or antivirus on and still not available. As soon as I disconnect my computer and telephone from M5 it works. Have tried diectly in the ISP modem and works fine. So annoying...

Please anyone, how can I get this to work...

@jasp63

Do you have the anitvirus option active?  If so please let us know what the logs indicate.  Also in the future this particular community is focused on US customers.  Global customers can get more localized help from the community at community.tp-link.com/en or if in mexico their regionally specific community at community.tp-link.com/mx

@jasp63

Your Deco M5 has HomeCare and that service has a built in Antivirus feature, that includes intrusion prevenetion and blocking of sites that my have or are being detected of having a comprimise.  That is what i was asking about.  As for support, you are working with a support agent however TP-Link Support is regionally based and you are currently on the US based community which services US customers.  We can at times provide best effort support to customers outside of our region but it is always best for you to talk to the team that supports your region.  That is why in my previous post i suggested you post on the community who handles  Spain, again that address is community.tp-link.com/en.    You can also reach out dirrectly to spain support at https://www.tp-link.com/es/support/contact-technical-support/
