I can't change to 5 ghz network even though I bought it. There are no options to change to 5 ghz. There are maximum 13 channels. This happened a few days ago. If a staff member sees this, please help.

Looking at the specifications, it appears that 5GHz is not supported on that model. https://www.tp-link.com/en/home-networking/dsl-modem-router/td-w9970/#specifications
