Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have just purchased a three-pack Deco M4 and I wish to use all of them as AP, that is, no Router, since my current router has already all the functions I need. I have a cabled house, that is the router is connected to a hub that distribute the network in all rooms where I have one or more Ethernet plugs. Is my understanding correct if I say that I do not need to plug the first AP directly into the router but I can plug all three AP to any Ethernet plug I have in any room?

@dejudicibus Assuming the Ethernet plugs in your rooms all go back to the main router, even through a switch, you should be good to go.  If there is another router between the main router and the jacks in each room, that could be a problem.  BUt that would be an unusual network configuration.
