I can't login to Deco app or web interface. I have changed passwords sucessfully multiple times, yet always get INVALID CREDENTIAL when I try to log in. Is the only solution a factory reset?

I would go here just to verify that the TP-Link ID and password are correct: www.tplinkcloud.com

 

If you do log in successfully and those same credentials do not work in the Deco app I would then reset the system. 

 

If you do not log into the cloud site try resetting the password and verify the login, then try the app again once that works.
