For anyone else who attempted to expand their Deco X60 network with W3600 units, I need some help and guidance.

My original setup (3) Deco X60’s was working fine with the exception that WiFi coverage was weak in some areas of the house and needed to be expanded.

The (3) Deco X60’s are running Firmware Version 1.0.1 Build 20200611 Rel. 64412.

In an attempt to rectify our coverage problem, we added (2) Deco W3600’s to the network. 

Once adding the W3600 units, the network has only gotten worse, not better.  The system now crashes often and needs constant rebooting.

Our attempts at fixing the network include upgrading the W3600 units to the latest firmware and moving the nodes to different areas of the house.  At this point our best solution is to leave the W3600 units off and contact support for guidance. 

Our setup is completely wireless as we do not have the ability to connect any of the child nodes directly to the main node.

The (2) W3600’s are running Firmware Version 1.2.5 Build 20200709 Rel. 50762

Guidance/advice is much appreciated.
