I currently have an archer c8 router, which doesn't support OneMesh, and a single RE220. If I get a second RE220, is it possible to use OneMesh between the two range extenders, even though it can't be used with the router?

You will need a OneMesh router in order to set up the mesh network. You can still connect the second extender to your router which would work fine.
