Hi Anthony, It is possible. Section 4.2.2 of the UserGuide talks about this. Compatibility is another thing though. The Compatibility with 3g/4g network adapters in the US is very low and many that were compatible are several years old. Its one of the reasons 3g/4g products are sold here. Can i plug my android phone in the USB cable and share its separate data connection instead of a 4GLTE/3G usb stick let me know if that is possible ASAP

Honestly, I'd doubt it. Its not something we have tested. What you can do is put the TL-WR902AC in hotspot mode and connect to your phone's hotspot feature and then create a network that way.

No but if your are in a stationary location you can keep the phone plugged in and use the hotspot feature.

Depends on the phone and the type of battery. Most batteries today are Smart Batteries that stop charging when at 100%. I personally have an iPhone 8 since its launch and most of the time i have it plugged in or on a wireless charger and its battery capacity is 88% which is from 3 years of constant use.
