these tp link are original? Why are they not sold here in America? and can they be purchased and operated without problems?

Not sure if they are original. TP Link sells the same model number to different countries. Be advised that routers have different specs for different countries. They have different firmware as they operate on a different set of channels (although many channels are the same), power levels, and such to meet the laws of each country. Using one from a different country may be illegal, not work very well with your modem or devices. Generally you will see the country code on the label of the router. Also note you can not load firmware from a different country into the router.

@ArcherC8 is right in that there are different devices for different regions. 

 

So if you are located in the states and want to use the router mentioned you may come across headaches. One issue I can think of is the EU region supports channel 13 while here it is not so that could cause issues.

A router made for the China market may be illegal if used here as it operates on different channels and may not support DFS. Much like cars made for other markets. You can find Fords that are not sold here in other countries. Also the China model would have less channels. Google ‘WIFi channels by country’ for more info.
