Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hello,

I was able to access the status page of the Arris Cable modem (SB8200) using the default address: 192.268.100.1 when I was using the Apple WIFI router.

Over the week end I upgraded to AX6000 and now I am unable to access it.

Besides this, AX6000 is just awsome in every aspect!

Can TP-Link possibly help?

@Hari-Godbole

I changed my IP range for the LAN to 10.1.1.0 onwards.

This fixed the problem for me.

Now I can access the bacble modem status page fine (http://192.268.100.1).

Thanks.

See https://motorolamentor.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004337933-MB8600-Not-able-to-login-to-modem-on-the-network- as I have the same issue most times. When I want to sign on to the modem, I use the bypass the router method.
