Some of you may have already downloaded and installed the new firmware: 200716 (dated 9/4/2020). Here is the direct to it:
https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-ax11000/#Firmware
New Features/Enhancement:
1. Added WPA3 feature;
2. Optimize IPv6 function, support more ISP;
3. Optimized QoS and parental control feature;
4. Improved the stability of the wireless network.
Bug Fixed:
1. Fixed the bug that sometimes 2.4G wireless network will also disappear after disabling 5G wireless network and restarting DUT;
2. Fixed the bug that wireless client devices can't communicate with each other under certain special environment;
3. Fixed the bug that the router's WAN port drops the internet under some network environment;
4. Fixed the bug that sometimes the OpenVPN settings change after rebooting the router.
Wondering what has your expereince been once you have installed it. It seems that there is a warning at the bottom of the release notes that clearely states Note: You will be unable to downgrade to the previous firmware version after updating this firmware.
So I think better to make sure that it is working well (better?) before bricking the device in case there are indeed issues with you.
All input is appreciated, including positive comment. I am sure that many of us have been waiting for it for a long time...

I have to reboot daily with this router to see the devices on my network. I can always see the wired devices, but those at least on the 2.4 network become unreachable until the router is rebooted.

@BeeGee74 I have the same issues with my Chromecast device, only restarting the router I can see them. Any news to fix that issue?

2.4Ghz only getting connected at 65mbps and drops connections. Having to reboot the router every morning is the only solution for 2.4ghz connection but speed is slow. I could get up to 165mbps connection on 2.4 with my old xr700. If this router doesn't live up to it's rep, I'll be returning it for the Asus Ax11000.
