Google Meet doesn't work correctly with Deco M9 Plus while on Company VPN
My wife's google meet calls don't work well while she is on company VPN on WiFi from Deco M9 Plus.
3 router pack connected on wifi backhaul.
Same issue without her being on VPN.
No issue with WiFi speeds and/or other problems.
SIP ALG is off and so is the Antivirus protection.
Any idea.

Has your wife connected to another network to see if the issue stays with the M9 or on the device since seeing this problem?
When you mention doesn't work correctly, what is happening exactly?

Hello,
2. Keep Deco but connect using wireline (Ethernet), problem goes away.

You do not need to unless the app says, but you can if you would like.
There is new firmware available for the Deco M9 that I would recommend updating it in order to see if that resolves it.
Here is a link to the firmware: link
After you extract the folder there will be a pdf with screenshot instructions on how to update it.
If you are having trouble logging into the Deco via the utility, use this utility instead:

@Tony Thanks. I will try this again and revert.
This has been tearing me apart. The symptoms don't make much sense.
Here is what I have done so far (apart from rebooting after SIP ALG enable/disable, which the App didn't ask me to).
Here is my Connectivity:
Fios ONT -> Ethernet port on Deco -> TP-link switch -> Star config to the pre-wired home ports
Other Deco M9 Plus nodes have been connected both by Ethernet backhaul or Wifi backhaul (Same results in both cases)
Now the symptoms:
1. Laptop connects to Wifi (Doesn't matter if it's on the Global Protect VPN for the organization or not), the Google Voice calls don't work.
WiFi speeds are not an issue > 100 Mbps DL/UL.
2. Same laptop same VPN connectivity. The only difference, connect the Laptop using wired connection (coming out of Deco) and everything works fine.
What is going on? Is Deco routing calls differently between WiFi and Wirelined connectivity? If so, where is all that config?
I am no expert but has reasonable enough knowledge to work my way around router configs.
Oh and I tried the following (with no results difference)
1. Change the IP range from 192.168.68.x to 192.168.1.x
Hope this F/w upgrade works.

@Tony Tried the F/w update and 2-person call seems to work better than previous. A group call is still an issue.
Anything else which might help?
