the A20 will not power up. some ideas---
I have tried different outlets with some sucess but now it doesn't change.
Could the the power supply be bad?
The manual reset button in the back does not do anything.
Can I connect to it directly somehow?
Might be the Power Supply?
Not sure what you meant by " with some sucess "? Did it power up when connected to some outlets? If so, check your house circuit breakes or fuses.
If it doesn't power up there is no way to reach it.
Suggest contacting Support.
