How to install drivers for Archer TX50E on linux?
Hi all, I recently installed Ubuntu 20.04 on my machine dual-booting with Windows 10. I can't seem to get the drivers since I couldn't find the drivers online. Can anyone help me with finding the drivers for ubuntu?

Unfortunately, we do not have Linux drivers available. You will need to install the card in Windows.

@Tony Do you know any pci-e card that supports linux drivers? I might switch to a pci-e card that has linux drivers and wifi 6. The archer tx3000 looks like a good card, but it might not have drivers.

No, the TX3000 does not have Linux drivers.
The only product on our site that does have Linux drivers is the TL-WDN881ND (2.4G only card): https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/tl-wn881nd/#Driver

@Tony Hi,
Is TP-Link developing linux drivers for the TX50E? I recently bought it and I am running Manjaro KDE and it would be great to have it as Wi-Fi 6 becomes more common.

Do you think TP Link will ever review its "Windows-only" policy? It's a real shame that the company produces hw that only work with Windows.

Hi,
TP-LINK: can you tell me what Chip does this board has? So I can see if supported by linux Kernel. Thanks

If you use a linux system, just don't buy from TP-LINK, because they profit millions and millions of dollars and, yet, they aren't capable of giving their customers a driver to support their product on linux. So, if you don't like companies that can't do the minimum effort to support their customers, stay away from Widows-centric TP-LINK.

@Tony It's almost the same as to say "go f**k yourself" to your customers.
