I have a MacBook Pro and a Brother printer and they can't connect at start up to the wifi, when the range extender is on. They do connect at start up when I unplug the extender.
My other devices connect ok. Please help. Thanks,
Make sure the extender is named differently or broadcasting a wireless network name different from your main router. If not, factory reset it and set the extender up again. I would recommend using Tether: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1373/
Once the extender is set up, the 2.4G and 5G LED should be blue and the circle LED should be blue as well. That will indicate the extender is set up correctly.
