I have had a TP-Link AC4000 Smart WiFi Router for a couple months. Have had intermitent issues at least a few times a week with wired connections to PCs and TVs going out. If I disconnect the network cable and switch to wifi on the devices, they do conect to internet. I have swapped out modems with cable company and even bought my own modem, but issue still happens so has to be the wired connections in the router. Any fixes for this?

Be sure you are running the latest firmware as there have been some fixes. If US and V3 https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-c4000/#Firmware

Another thing to check is the cables as a bad one can cause an issue. Also look at the connectors for possible bent pins. As soon as it fails, check the lights on the router and modem.
