Hi,

I have TP LINK extended RE350K. My macbook and iphones have no problem connecting to 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz EXT networks. However, my windows PC can't connect to EXT networks. Always get error " Windows can't get the network settings from the router". Both windows PC can connect to router original network w/o any issue. Can someone please help? Both PCs are running Windows10.

There are some suggestions if the error is searched.

With respect to the router, you could try changing the SSID on the extender to something completely different. On the computers when getting prompted for the password, if it says to enter a PIN choose the option to enter a network security key instead.
