we just installed our AX11000 and it was a breeze.

however.. my son is noticing that when he plays Fortnite now connect to this router, he finds it slower and a bit laggy.

This is a hardwired connection, not Wireless

when we plug him into the modem network, he says it's much better.

we've turned off and on the gaming settings... and it says it has the latest firmware.

also we have a 1ft 6E Cable connected between the router and modem.  We swapped out cables just to make sure it wasn't the problem.

I don't think we are the only ones experiencing this.  

considering we bought this very expensive router for gaming, we are finding his experience is less than it was before.

Any ideas please?
