Router no longer working

Hardware Version: V5

Firmware Version: 5.8

I get internet from the provider Midco. They updated their system and now the router doesn't work. I tried resetting it twice but to no avail.

Connect your PC direct to the modem bypassing the router and see if it works. If not, power off the modem for 5 minutes and then back on. Wait for it to stabilize and then retest.
