Model: SR20
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: ver1-2-4-P123[20191212-rel55239]

Hi, I have paired a MS100 Zigbee motion sensor with my hub.

I was wondering if it was possible to get the information of the sensor outside the kasa app.

Is there any MQTT thing accesible or a development firmware avaible for this kind of usage?

Lets say I want a to trigger something  on a non tp-link device with the sensor dectection with homeassistant

Thanks

@Pierromcdo

The thing with Kasa is you can not designate it a trigger say with IFTTT for example so I do not believe that would be possible.

You can make Kasa an action, but I don't see a motion detector being on the action end or the purpose of that.

The extent of the features available would be by using the SR20s smart actions.

@Tony Hi, so there is not API that I can communicate with or something to listen on other than the smart actions?

Is it possible to get motion sensor state in a Kasa API ?

I have another question too,I was wondering if it was possible to connect via SSH to my router?

@Pierromcdo

We do have a section in our website that pertains to the GPL code and an email to request additional information: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/gpl-code/

I do not think the SR20 has SSH. Currently, routers that support Tether do have it.
