I have set up DHCP set up and it is set up with the subnet of 192.168.0.x.  My DHCP Range is 25-200.  My wireless clients will not connect unless i manually enter the IP address.  The router will assign the following address 192.168.4.x.

Some wireless clients connect with no issue, example xbox one.  iPad, iPhone get assigned the secondary in.  

Things I have done.  

I have reset the router 3 times.  

I have turn off DHCP and turned it back on.

when I manually assigned ip's to devices everything works flawslessly - verifying that devices are all indeed compatible with router. 

I have verified that I don't have more devices than I have available in addresses.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
