Apologies if this is a silly question, but,as the title states, I am trying to determine if the output ports support power over ethernet.

That switch does not support POE, here is a link of our POE switches: https://www.tp-link.com/us/business-networking/all-switch/#poe-switches
We have the TL-SG1005P which has four ports that are POE (802.3 af) compliant.
