Model: Deco M5  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.4

Hi,

 

I need help on why the Deco app for IOS stops showing connected devices to the WiFi, the WiFi are however working fine. How to solve this issue?

 

Have tried to:

- Reboot all devices including the Deco devices

- Deleted the app - but then no devices is showing in app after reinstallation.

 

In some of other threads there have been a recommendation to reset the Deco to factory settings - which i would like to avoid (have many rules which would be complex to recreate).

 

Any one with a suggestion :)?

Defaulting the Deco system is what I have seen work. Users that have done that have not mentioned the issue coming back however.
