Prezado suporte,

 

Estou com problemas no modem conforme o modelo mensionado, e estou com bastante queda dos equipamentos na rede wifi.

 

preciso de ajuda para resolver o mesmo.

 

no aguardo de um retorno

If you are getting constant connection drops it would be best to contact your internet service provider to see if they notice any signal instabilities. For example, users can examine system logs in their cable modems, and that may show if there are issues rather then logs of the router.
