I have a TL-PA4010P KIT and I want to know if it possible to plug a TP-WPA4220P with this kit to expand my network over wifi in the same time?

Absolutely. Review this FAQ to know just how many nodes can be in each network https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/434/ For your models it would be a total of 16.
