Hi,

I just installed an Archer C6 and I noticed that there is no way to turn off wirelless automatically during nights while this is a standard feature (even my 6 years old ISP router has it).

I found some user requests on the Internet in order to get this features added but it seems it is still planned. A lot of people are expecting this feature and at some point not getting it leads to think to choose another router (I just bought it and it will be more convenient to upgrade it).

TP-LINK could you add this feature as soon as possible ?

One work around for many routers is to use the guest network as some routers allow schedules on it.

The Archer C6 looks to have the wireless schedule

Using Guest Network seems to me that it does not fit as it would only disable the access to the wifi network but the signal will still be on.

My Archer C6 (EU) is new and has the followings specs, the wireless schedule feature does not appear on the Advanced menu (see screenshot below). Is there any trick to activate the feature or should I wait for the next firmware upgrade? Any information on the availability schedule for the feature is welcomed.

If you are not going to use the internet at all during the scheduled off times, just use a timer. I know scheduling is a better option.
