I just purchased an archer ax3000. First thing I did was update the firmware to the latest version. I'm not understanding why the speeds are slow. On 5G on my note 10 I get 25 down and 6 up. On my ps4 on 2.4G I get 23up and maybe 1 down. I hardwire it and I I might get 100 down and 10 up. My test speeds at the router are 466 down and 22 up. So why am I losing so much and how come and both band are running the same speed?
