I also noticed this issue, but it also happens with non DFS channels. If I select channel 48 the router reverts to channel 36. I am alone on the 5GHz band acording to inSSIDer.

With FW 1.0.5 beta by@Carl, I don't have this issue. It's been two weeks since I downgraded to this fw and the channel did not change.

I've had this problem twice. First time, I got a beta software, it worked, then the beta was upgraded to a new stable version, and it contintued to work.
About a month later, I was having the same problems. I was issues another beta and it seems to be working. All I can do now is be a good user and turn in the router logs if something happens in the future. I hope it keeps working fine.

Hi Everyone.
We have a current Beta Firmware that is designed to capture logs and help diagnose the concern further. From what i am told by the team it does not fix the concern. If anyone here would like to participate and help us locate the cause and resolve please let me know and I will have the engineering team enage with you and provide the beta firmware.

I'm having this issue with the latest firmware. The channel always resets to 36, no matter what channel i set manually. It goes to the DFS for a brief period of time, but then reverts eventually.
