why ip address couldn't be acceessd
I wanted to set up my router. At that time it wanted an IP address and I have given 192.168.254.254. But I don't why I couldn't access the IP address even after trying many times. What should i do now?

Sorry, but I'm not sure I understand fully?
Did you actually get into the router's GUI and changed the router IP address to 192.168.254.254 or is that the address of a device on the LAN that you want it to be?
What can't access that IP address?
What is the router model?
What are you using to address it (browser, applcation, PD/Tablet/Phone)?
Can you access the router via wireless?
