Model: Deco W2400
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20190823 Rel. 48803

I tried typing the password and also connecting by WPS. Both ways get to the "obtaining IP address...", hangs then fails. Can connect to our original WIFI and others.

Says is "Saved, Secured" on the tablet link.

I also enabled guest. same thing

Any Ideas? I have tryied all that I have found on Web.

I captured log file:

@seatocl

You said you can connect to the orginal wifi and others.  Does that mean that the orginal service is still being used along with the Deco?  Did you setup the Deco using the same network name or is it a different one?
