Archer AX3000 all Android phones issue
Archer AX3000 all Android phones issue
ALL of my Android devices (Samsung s10+, note 10+, and s8+) have issues obtaining IP addresses from this router, all of my other devices work flawlessly. I can get my Android devices to connect after I restart my router, but within hours I get kicked off with the same "failed to obtain up address" error. Anyone else experiencing this? It's absolutely maddening because the router works amazingly when my Android devices actually connect.

My Galaxy note 10 phone drops the connection and doesn't reconnect unless I reset the Archer AX3000 but my note 8 phone doesn't lose the connection so I think it's both the rounter and maybe the new android OS on the phones. If I keep the 2.4G bank in mixed wifi 5 mode ithe rounter stays connected but as soon as I change it to mixed AX mode, the router drops the signal for both 2.4G and 5G. So my fix for now is to use the 2.4G in wifi 5 and the 5G in mixed AX.
