Attempting to acces the online management UI, chrome gives me an ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. I have tried flsuhing the dns, factory resetting all 3 routers, and setting a static ip with no success. Has anyone else had this issue?

Connect to the Deco Wi-Fi on your smart phone, and open the phones browser. Enter the same IP address you were trying on chrome. The default IP should be 192.168.68.1

 

See if you get a login screen that way.

Hi there! I also can't access my online management UI because of some error. I couldn't solve this even though I tried Tony's recommendation. Anyone, do you have other recommendations? What am I doing wrong? I wanted to access my Console Cloud property management Australia platform, and I can't because of this issue. I restarted my router, cleared my browser’s cache, disabled any outdated Chrome extensions, reinstalled my Chrome browser, but nothing changed. Maybe it's something wrong with my computer or router? What else can I do?
