i'd like to get cables to extend the antenna so I want to make sure I order a cable with the correct connectors. I check the router specifications but this information is not included.

The connector on the router is a female RP-SMA. So what ever cable you use needs to be the male counter part.

Thank You. Follow up. Does it matter at all if the cable lengths for the 3 antennas and is their a length I should try to keep the cables less than?

The cable length that we sell is 51.2 inches for our antenna (https://www.tp-link.com/us/home-networking/antenna/tl-ant2408c/#overview).

There is no exact limit, but just that increasing the length loses signal strength.
