Parent control problems for the last 10 days
I have parental controls setup for my teen niece and my 7 year old daughter. For about the last 10 days, the time limits have stopped working and I have no insights anymore.
Any ideas?

Create a new parental control profile, and move the device over to the new one or place another device on the new profile (not the phone with the Deco app) to see if the time limit and insights work.
If it does work, move the devices over and delete the old profile.

I actually tried that earlier today. I removed the profiles, made new ones, added the devices. It still has no insights and no time used, the devices are being used and moving data.

Do you mean reset to defaults using the button or reboot ( power cycle )? I have power cycled the main unit a few times now.

Power cycling is what I was thinking. If neither seemed to work then go with the factory resetting.

I was able to figure it out. My IP address was being DDOS'd, so I had to block ntp traffic to slow down the attack. That seems to have broke parental controls on the deco. After unblocking ntp all is working.
