Model: TL-WR802N
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version:

I'm using a couple of these TL-WR802N in client mode. In the building I'm using them in, there are 3 wireless routers throughout the buidling using the same SSID, All the wireless access points are in bridge mode to the main router. The TL-WR802N only allows you "marry" it to one wireless router at a time based on the router's MAC address, unlike a computer or phone on WiFi that will simply connect to the strongest router signal based on proximity. In other words, I can walk from room to room with my iPhone and it will connect to the closest router since they're all using the same SSID. I can't do that with the TL-WR802N as far as I can tell. Is there a way to make that happen?

Thanks.

Although client mode simulates a network adapter it is not designed for roaming though APs, even if they are the same SSID.  Its more designed to be used on adevice that is not mobile and is staying in a static postion.  It does require MAC binding to a host AP's MAC address.
