HS110 v1: reset energy monitor in kasa app
I am looking to reset the runtime and energy used within the Kasa app for Andriod, without completely deleting the device out of the app and reconfiguring it from scratch.
I am also not looking to do a factory reset on the smart plug itself.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, seems like TP-Link does not take this and the community even a bit seriously !!!.
This thread is more then a year old, nothing helpfull form TP-Link !!
Verry disappointing.
What's the purpose of this community if you don't even get a usefull feedback?.
I'm done with TP-link, maybe the other Chinese brands will do for me, great job TP-link for making such simple thing so frustrating
Thanks everyone in this threat, good luck, and thanks for trying to get some TP-Link support
Best regards,
A not buying TP-Link products for bussiness and home use client anymore

Just moved a switch to another device as per an earlier comment only to find I can't reset the energy settings.
This seems like a pretty basic day-1 feature to me so am blown away by it not being there.
Even the old Belkin Wemo switches can do this.

Indeed, this is the most silly and non professional answer i heard in years, great job Andy !!! everything you wrote makes it even worse.
i would get fired if i reacted this way to my customers !!!
So the only thing what's important is Google/TeStpilot/Amazon reviews, the places where 5 star ratings actually matter !?!
Woow ...look at the overall poor ratings tp-link on TESTPILOT, thanks for mentioning, so yes let we all review this product on those sites!
Keep up the good work Andy, make TP-link proud, serious and respectfully ... don't get mad .. you should take some training in customer service ...
Thanks to everyone for trying here to get some normal tp-link help/feedback

TPLink employees have a little blue badge beside their name. TP_Link-Andy is more than likely a troll. No-one in their right mind would talk to a customer like that, and if they did they'd be fired.

@TomWald Im pretty sure he's a troll - there is actually only two posts with his name on this forum and the other one here is exact same text in the other one (which is about the KC200 webcam)
